Version 10.04.02 – 5/9/2005

Fixes:

·         Patient File – Changes detected message received when just clicking on some fields without any changes.

·         Patient File – When creating a new referring doctor, there was no space between the first and last name within the pull down list.

·         Patient File – “Patient File has been modified…” message received when opening a patient file, running Today’s Transactions, and then saving and closing the patient file.

·         Patient File – HCFA field for Box 11b did not highlight when selected.

·         Patient File – OSF can now be selected when going to the Add/Edit screen within the dropdown.

·         Patient File – Fixed the Alerts input to allow only the maximum allowed characters.

·         Patient File – New Tasks were automatically checked as completed upon creation.

·         Patient File – Fixed the percentages showing incorrectly in the Patient Minder within the Header.

·         Patient File – Fixed the data not saving within the First Insurance Tab when switching to a different tab and returning.

·         Graphs – Graphs were showing incorrect data.

·         Posting – Fixed the issue of setting up default fee schedule.

·         Posting – Fixed the fee schedule not sorting properly when opening a non-default fee schedule.

·         Claims – Fixed the error received when clicking on the line with “*” within Claims History after partially entering the date and pressing Enter.

·         Claims – Fixed the issue of printing a single claim to assure successful alignment, then confirming and printing the rest.

·         Claims – Fixed the issue of claims printing old data in Box 16.

·         Reports – Fixed the Employer state and zip not printing on the Doctor’s 1st Report for CA Workers Compensation.

·         Reports – Fixed the Attorney state and zip not printing on the Request for Claim Status.

·         Reports – Fixed the bad file name or number error within the Narrative Report.

·         Reports – Fixed the Tracer List. The tracer date is now updated appropriately.

·         Daysheet – Fixed the Pervasive error received when clicking Find within the daysheet.

·         Daysheet – Fixed the application hanging issue when printing Inventory Report.

·         Aging – Removed the duplicate line from the Aging Report.

·         Aging – Fixed the issue of payments not being applied correctly to aged balances, causing balances that should have been 60 days old to show up as 90 days old in the aging report.

·         Header – Fixed the balance and/or patient portion changing when hitting Enter in text fields of the Header screen.

·         Statements – Dates now print correctly in notes when doing batch statements.

·         Statements – Statements now show the correct transactions specified by the given date range.

Enhancements:

·         Reports – Display the Accident Date in the Date of Injury field on the NYWC Form.

·         Reports – Within the Report Minder, added labels to show that the date field that was appearing was not the Last Report Date but rather the Last Visit Date.

·         Inventory – Removed security screen if systems security is turned off.

·         Calendar – After scheduling, the view remains where it was prior to the scheduling, rather than jump to the beginning of the day.

·         Notes – Modified the Quick Buttons so that the phrases get saved exactly as the user wanted.

·         Posting – Display a message when the maximum number of postings are returned to display in the grid.

Cosmetic Changes:

·         Inventory – Removed the Order History button since it had no functionality.

 

Version 10.04.01 (Patch) – 2/18/2005

Fixes:

·         Appointment – Fixed the Invalid Procedure Call error when changing the doctor number.

·         Employer List – Fixed the error received when no employers are returned.

·         Speed/Item Posting – Patient File must be closed in order to perform either a speed or item posting.

·         Search Report Generator – Fixed the file already open message when trying to export SRG.

·         Inventory – Fixed the two errors received when double-click was performed on the PO Number.

·         ASHP – An EOF or BOF error received when Open was clicked to retrieve a previous report.

·         NYWC Forms – Fixed the Box 8 Print error.

Fixes:

·         Calendar – Fixed the type mismatch error when viewing a particular date for the doctor’s schedule.

·         Fee Schedule – Fixed the invalid bookmark error when editing the Q Code and a charge.

·         Employee Lookup – Fixed the 6160 access error when trying to edit the ID #. The ID number is now read only.

·         Inventory – The inventory window disappeared when clicking within some fields.

Enhancements:

Fixes:

·         Fee Schedule – The MOD column will now accept alphanumeric characters.

·         Statements – Blank lines are now allowed in messages.

·         ASHP – Templates were not saving correctly and could not be deleted.

·         Inventory – The markup value was automatically changing to 1.

·         Marketing Report – Fixed the breakdown to work with the selected criteria.

·         Copay – Payment process will now run when clicking on Save and Close button.

·         Daysheet – If cancel is selected to the Reset Totals window, “Please Wait” screen now disappears.

·         Inventory – The Product Type Description now displays the correct type for the selected product.

·         Statistics – Fixed the error received when no records matched the specified criteria.

·         Scheduling – Now the newly created appointment shows up in the proper column.

·         Calendar – The program now accounts for blank cells on the calendar.

·         Edit Posting – The program now displays the rounding off of money values correctly.

·         Day Sheet – Fixed the archive issue when printing separate day sheet.

Enhancements:

·         Insurance Company Lookup – The Adjuster field was moved to be part of the Patient File, rather than the insurance company.

·         Procedure Code Totals – Now shows the CPT Code along with the Description.

·         Classic View – Fields that are locked will now alert the user that they need to edit these fields through the lookup.

Version 10.03.03 (Patch)

Fixes:

·         Patient File – Fixed the insurance company switching when an appointment was scheduled while the patient file was open.  This addressed the first insurance, second insurance, employer, attorney, other service facility, place of service, type of service, referring doctor, and referral source.

·         Medicare Direct EDI – Changes were made so that if the provider number that is entered into the setup (the one that is printed in 2010AA) is different from any of the entries in Box 24K, 2310B will be created instead of 2000A.  This will work even if only one charge is printed on the claim.

·         Patient Notes – Fixed the spell check to allow the addition of new words.

·         Inventory – Fixed the error received when selecting a product from the inventory list.

·         Patient File – Fixed the 424 Header error received when opening certain patient files.

·         PR3 Report – Fixed the error received when user entered a full line of text within the sections Pre-Injury and Preclusions.

·         Other minor bug-fixes.

Version 10.03.02

Fixes:

·         Patient Lookup Screen – set the Find field as the first focused field.

·         PR2 Report – fixed the Pervasive syntax error received when user clicked on the dropdown arrow for DX Codes.

·         PR2 Report – fixed the error when a field below Work Status was clicked and the application terminated. Same for PR3 Report.

·         Visit Record Receipt – fixed so that the actual date prints for Last Visit, Last Payment and Last Billing rather than a format string.

·         CPT Payment Report – it now calculates the credits (Amt Pd) whether or not anything is entered in posting.

·         Edit Posting Screen – changing the Starting Balance did not display correctly the line balances until user got out of the screen and then back in.

·         Documents Plus Interface – fixed the errors upon initialization.

·         Other minor bug-fixes.

Enhancements:

·         Fee Schedule List – user can now specify the sort order of the fee schedule list item. This can be used to group certain fees together when they appear in the list.

·         Edit Doctors Screen – the controls within the screen now resize with the form.

Cosmetic Changes:

·         Corrected the misspelling within the Edit Insurance Company screen caption.

 

Version 10.03.01

Fixes:

·         Patient Lookup Screen -- changed the tab order so that it flowed across the form.

·         Patient Lookup Screen -- when a user clicked the first column on a highlighted row, it made it appear as if in edit-mode.

·         Reconsideration Report – the Purposes check boxes are no longer all checked by default.

·         Search Report Generator – list view now clears prior to each new search.

·         Patient File – Box 14 click on the HCFA map now highlights the Illness Date field.

·         Other minor bug-fixes.

Enhancements:

·         Lookup Screens -- modified all screens to be resizable for allowing more data to be visible.

·         ASHN Report Writer -- changed the toolbar caption from “Print” to “Save & Print”.

·         Statements Screen – the text and the button label was changed to read “Process & Print”.
